IBOS provides complete support for online access and retrieval of account information encompassing invoices, statements, and balance details from the most recent to those dating back to a year.

Access current running statement and up to one year’s worth of archived historical statements. These statements offer details such as remaining balance, payments made, current charges, discounts, and service charges. They can be converted and downloaded for printing in PDF or Excel format.

Get a detailed breakdown of current and previous purchases per jobs through our Invoices which can be downloaded and printed in PDF or Excel format. Searching for a particular invoice can be done using the invoice number, job number, job name, date range, date duration, or by selecting a specific date.

Keep track of the current status of an existing Open Order for a particular job, including a detailed breakdown of products per order. Status for Open Orders is integrated with your back-office system making it easy to update. Searching for a specific open order can be done by order number, status, job number, job name, date range, date duration, or by selecting a specific date.

Manage job folders for efficient storing and sorting of invoice and quote information. The Job name and status can be modified upon request through the job change request feature which is integrated with your back-office system for easy editing.

Quotes can be viewed and searched for by quote number, status, job number, job name, date range, date duration, and by selecting a specific date. This includes existing quotes stored in your back-office system and quotes requested by customers using IBOS. These quotes can be downloaded and printed in PDF or Excel format.

Our Built-in Sort Feature lets customers filter, view, and organize transactions by date, amount, type, and product.

Balance details, invoices, quotes, and statements can be accessed, viewed, and downloaded using QuickBooks or printed as a .PDF formatted document.
